The simplest answer to this is NO! As a private practice, we do not require a GP referral for you to come and have treatment with one of our experienced HCPC registered physiotherapists, just give us a call and book in! The only time you may need a referral from your GP is if you are coming to us through a health policy scheme, for example BUPA, as they will require this.
NO! We can usually offer an appointment within 24 hours, sometimes even the same day! So if you want to avoid lengthy NHS waiting times, give us a call today, or click here and let us call you back! You'll be in with one of our qualified physiotherapists having your first consultation before you know it.
This is entirely dependent on how you are coming to us. If you are coming as a private patient with no health insurance, then you simply pay after each treatment session by cash, credit card or cheque. However, some of our patients are referred to us via health insurance in which case the bill is normally taken care of by them by us invoicing direct - nothing for you to do, except get better! Please check with us when you are booking your first appointment which category you fall into, if in doubt, your fully qualified physiotherapist will be able to help you when you attend your consultation.
YES! Our experienced physiotherapists will happily provide a home visit if you are unable to travel to the clinic. Prices for these visits do vary so please check upon booking.

It is advisable to wear loose comfortable clothing, depending on the area of the body you are being treated for, it may be necessary to undress to your underwear so many patients like to bring a vest and shorts to change into.
All our clinics offer different parking facilities and solutions, please check with us when making your booking.
