My Skill Set

Having been in the industry for many years now, I am constantly refining my skills to get the best out of my clients.

I have extensive experience in diagnosing and treating clients with sports injuries and spinal pain to give them effective relief, educate them on why it has happened and how to prevent it in the future, which is by far the most important step in a clients rehabilitation.

And here are the dot points of my skills:

  • Enhancing athletic and human performance
  • Educating patients and giving them a thorough understanding of their condition and how to best treat it
  • Looking at the whole body, not just one area/segment
  • Diagnosing and providing state of the art treatment for sports and spinal injuries
  • Goal setting for patients to go beyond their potential

My Philosophy

  • The body can achieve what the mind can perceive.
  • The only barriers in life are the ones we create in our minds

My favourite ways to keep fit

  • Training at the gym and outdoors (I mix it up a lot).
  • Resistance training and core work
  • Stretching especially with the foam roller.
