Ms Carolina Read
I graduated with a Bsc Hons in Physiotherapy in 1992 from the University of Manchester. I have worked for 15 years in the NHS in the West Sussex and Somerset counties, alongside working privately in various fields and as a locum in the RAF and Army.
My specialist fields are in Spinal rehabilitation and pain management using a holistic and dynamic integrated approach. I have post-graduate skills in Acupuncture, I am a practising member of the AACP, and in Neurological therapies with Adults and Children. I am also trained in using Kinesiology, a form of muscle testing to assist with accessing the body's healing potential.
In my spare time I keep busy as Vice-Chair and Research officer of the BFVEA, the National Committee for Flower Essence and remedy practitioners in the UK. I love to dance, write poetry, grow lots of vegetables in my garden as well as playing music and singing with my partner. I also love to cycle, with several long-distance solo expedition adventures under my belt!
Carolina works at Exeter on Mondays and Wednesdays
