Miss Clare Little
A very positive physiotherapy work experience placement at a local hospital during my school years convinced me that I should pursue my ambition to become a physiotherapist.
I graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2003 and took up my first post as a junior physiotherapist at Lincoln County Hospital in September of that year. I completed both outpatient and inpatient rotations and became a Band 6 (senior) physiotherapist in August 2005 specialising in outpatients and orthopaedics. I also provided physiotherapy for a season at Lincoln Rugby Club. I joined AMS Physiotherapy in 2008.
I enjoy working as an autonomous practitioner, seeing a wide variety of conditions and using my clinical reasoning skills to form a clinical impression. I am experienced in using a wide range of treatment options and my completion of the Orthopaedic Medicine International Course has helped to develop my manual therapy skills.
I have a keen interest in complementary therapy and recently completed a modular course at the Midland School of Reflextherapy. I am a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Reflex Therapy (ACPIRT) .
Outside of physiotherapy I have an interest in sports and fitness. I also attend the gym and Pilates classes.
Clare works at Exeter on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
