Following qualification as a Chartered Physiotherapist, I worked at Hull Royal Infirmary, gaining excellent experience rotating throughout all areas of practice.

I worked in Northern Ireland for one year before moving to Weston super Mare in 1987. I have held a number of influential posts with the NHS both as a clinician and a manager. I joined AMS Physiotherapy in 2006 and have helped to establish the identity of The Stafford Clinic since then.

I have post graduate qualifications in reflexology, initially from Weston College, and then with the Midland School of Reflex Therapy and I am the co-chair of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Reflex Therapy.

I have training in Craniosacral Therapy as well as acupressure and trigger point pain release. I am well versed in complementary therapies in general, including natural remedies and nutrition.

My hobbies involve all types of creative needlework and crafts.
