At the end of your initial consultation you will be told;

• What is wrong with you,
• Whether we can help you and
• How much help you might require.

Any treatment that you require is charged per session at the above rate. If you have private medical insurance you will find we are a registered provider, so you can reclaim your payments, or we can invoice your insurance company directly to save you the hassle.

Insurance Policy Information

If you have an insurance policy please check with your policy provider prior to any treatment. You should find out the following information,

• If a medical referral is required
• Whether you have an excess liability on your policy and if so how much
• Any restrictions on the amount that can be claimed per treatment session
• If there is a restriction to the number of treatments available
• Any other policy restrictions which may be imposed.

You are liable for your treatment costs if your insurance company refuses to pay. The physiotherapist cannot be held responsible for any nonpayment of claims.
